V SEVEN's H1 Buffer is a standard heavy-weight buffer, weighing in at 3.7oz.  For tuning, we also offer the V SEVEN H2 Buffer, which provides more weight and reduced felt recoil by slowing down the cycling of the rifle. A heavier buffer will also help to delay the opening of the action slightly for shooting suppressed or high velocity calibers.
