The TI SLR Synergy Mini Comp will turn different colors after you have shot projectiles through it. The 5/8x24 TPI is standard when it comes to the 7.62 / AR-10 platform. The SLR Synergy Mini Comp is great for reducing muzzle rise and recoil on shorter AR15 & AR10 type rifles. If overall length is a concern, this compensator will fit the bill. However, this will NOT make your 14.5" barrel long enough to pin/weld. A crush washer is included to complete the installation.
