You cannot beat JP products. Have the yellow spring installed and I would to say the best AT trigger I have used.

I had some help learning how to install the JP trigger from the guys at Strong Side and the included DVD. It was a learning experience however in the end I'm not sure I have used a crisper cleaner trigger. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish after adjusting back and forth a few times. This was my first trigger install.

Recently I purchase a JP Trigger from Strong-Side Tac. I received the product promptly and in good condition. When I installed the trigger there where issues with it. I expressed the problem through email to Strong-Side and to my surprise the very next morning I had an email and phone call from whom I believe is the owner of Strong-Side. He had JP Trigger contact me that same day. To make a long story short in two days I had a new trigger in my hand and it works flawlessly. I am now able to easily shoot sub MOA at 100 yds and beyond. The only thing changed is the trigger. I wanted to give a thank you to all of the folks at Strong-Side and JP Trigger for the superb service and superb product. Thank You Dave (sub MOA) Munn
Just tried out the J-P trigger kit

Just tried out the J-P trigger kit I installed last night, really crisp and nice. Used the 4lb hammer spring (red), will probably install the 3LB spring (yellow) later. I suggest using Blue locktite on the anti-walk pin retainers instead of red as recommended by J-P, In case you need to disassemble the pins later. Use red on the set screws. Follow the instructions and watch the DVD, I've built 2 AR's and thought I knew how the fire control works, but it took me 2 hours to get the disconnector timing just right. But the next install will take me 20 min.

Love the trigger...once I finally got it installed. Whoever said this takes 15 minutes to instal, lied. Took me about 45 min. I'll be faster next time and the trigger is definitely worth it!
