You may return un-opened, brand new products within 14 days, but we will not cover the return shipping unless we were at fault by sending the wrong part. Firearms cannot be returned, as they have been transferred on a 4473 to you. If returning a product, you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and initial shipping. If you ordered the wrong part (hey, it happens), we will get you the part you need, but you'll need to cover the shipping both ways. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, we cannot pick up the shipping tab if we did our job by getting you the part you ordered.
